BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

1)TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO PROPERTY MANAGER IN REPORTS PREPARATION & OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE WORK.
2) TO LIAISE WITH TENANTS AND PROVIDE THEM REQUIRED SERVICE THROUGH A TEAM OF MAINTENANCE STAFF.
3) TO MONITOR AND LIAISE WITH HR DEPARTMENT REGARDING ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT OF COMPANY OF 20-25 STAFF.
4) TO USE SOCIAL MEDIA AS MARKETING TOOL TO SEARCH FOR POTENTIAL TENANTS.
5) TO MARKET COMPANY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES.
6) TO CARRY OUT ANY OTHER ASSIGNMENT AS DELEGATED BY MANAGEMENT.
