Summary

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets set by the Showroom manager – Retail.
• Submit reports on daily Customer walk-ins, Hot Prospect, Lost order and monthly report.
• Achieve higher customer satisfaction index and handle customer queries very carefully.
• Propose and follow up with finance companies for credit approvals for the customers and convert to the sales.
• Ensure the vehicles are sold on the basis features & merits without discounting the brand.
• Ensure a good product knowledge & information about the competition models features.
• Develop long term customer relationship to enhance the sales through constant follow up.
• Demonstrate the strengths of our products vis-à-vis competition to close the sale.
• Offer and conduct test drives with every prospects & walk-in
• Ensure that the car delivery to the customer is made within 3 days and the new car delivery process is followed.
• Ensure meeting the commitment made to customers on timely delivery and other sales matters.
• To adhere to the company policies, Decorum, Punctuality and Dress code.
• Maximum usage of the auto-line is a mandatory requirement.
• Every walk-in / telephone / e-mail enquiry should be recorded in the auto-line. Minimum basic details should be captured at the first point of contact, which includes the current vehicle and e-mail ID.
• Strict adherence to Documentation, delivery and trade-in policy is a must
