Summary

Management Tasks:

1. Look after all marketing activities.
2. Recruit, mentor, develop a marketing team, and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

Marketing Tasks:

1. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our platform
2. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
3. Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
4. Produce valuable and engaging content for our platforms and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
5. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
6. Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
7. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
2. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
3. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
5. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
6. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
7. Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
8.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
