Management Tasks:

1. Look after boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients’ activities.
2. Recruit, mentor and develop sales team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

Business Development Tasks:

1. Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
9. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.


1. Proven sales track record
2. Experience in customer support is a plus
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Odoo)
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic
5. Market knowledge specially in the region
6. Communication and negotiation skills
7. Ability to build rapport
8. Time management and planning skills
9. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
