Human Resources / Personnel
 Create and control policies relating to all phases of Human Resources activity
 Recruits, interviews, and selects / recommends employees to fill vacant positions
 Investigates personnel related and prepares reports
 Liaise with other divisional / departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of their personnel needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of the department objectives, purposes and achievements
 Contribute to the evaluation and development of the department performance
 To manage the day-to-day activities, training and development of staff for effective level, maximizing individual staff potentials and coordination of performance appraisals.
 Helping the Management for making decisions that concern the day-to-day operations of the Group
 Manage and supervise the Payroll and its related supporting and reports
 Supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, labor and employee relations
 Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
 Suggest best practice and revise the personnel policies, employment contracts & work procedures to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
 Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes
 Represent the Company in all public and private authorities, and attend personnel-related hearings and investigations
