* Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product Knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.

* Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.

* Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain cash register. Prepares end of the day and monthly report.

* Communicate customer requests to management. Maintain orderly appearance of register area.

* Answer telephone calls in a professional and polite way and assist the caller to ensure guest satisfaction.

* Takes orders/ take away of cakes by phone and on the spot. Receives cake deliveries and does cake inventory.
